Hitman
Film like Hitman, Punisher and Max Payne are on my list if I want to watch movies. The character seem to suit me. But my wife doesn’t. She will be bored to watch this kind of movies and end up I’m watching it alone. I think Men like to watch this kind of movies because the Alpha Male characteristic shown from the character. Cold blooded killer but still have the heart for the family. And most of the character kills the bad guys because of family matter. Except for Hitman, he does not have a name and a family. But he act as a cold blooded killer only to serve his master and not doing mass killing like the bad guy and spared the police life who chased him at the end of the scene.
I think naturally Men are cold blooded. From the prehistoric period, men have to kill for food. Then they have to fight to live in the dangerous world back then. Danger are like, wild animal, wild men, thief and natural disaster. Then come religion, civilization and modernization that taming the Men. There are no terms of romantic Men before religion and civilization come. They are prurient to women. Now the men are more gentle and we have gentlemen.
Men is still a men, deep inside, the cold blooded nature can be trigger. They need that feeling to do certain job like slaughtering the cow at the slaughter house. If we give the job to women maybe they are to sensitive and very pitiful to the cow. But the cold blooded nature also can be disastrous like they can be bad soldiers doing mass killing, robbers , murderer or rapist. The modern day of prehistoric men. But at least the prehistoric men do it to defend their people and lives….
