Keeping fit just for not getting sick

The dog that you think want to chase you just running past your dead body towards the owner in front.
This is the example of the scenario involving the lack of fitness in you. To get a disease like cardiovascular disease, diabetes or gout are confirm if you don’t control your diet. But the case like to be hit by a car that is miles away or chase by a dog are another thing.
