Then come the software for productivity – like Key Performance Indicator and balance score card. Implement all of this and the company is going corporate.
Now the company can produced well programmed staff to achieve the goals. It’s all about money and merit. Nothing more. But big corporation, well known and established also collapse, not just a plain lost in their revenue but bankrupt, loosing everything. Recent economic turmoil end of last year that hit U.S is the clear evidence. Of course company like Lehman brothers with $billion in assets must be applying all sort of system to maintain the staff maybe like KPI’s, MBO, MBE, 5S, KAIZEN, Six Sigma or TQM but it still bankrupt last year.
