That are typical parents would do..but if you are already a millionaire then you can just pay for your children studies at no time constrain.
For most of us, we must follow the procedure made by the government where you live in. First go to primary schools, secondary schools, college and then university with many of parents like see their child to be a Medical Doctor or and Engineer. We also go through all the conventional part like that and than we realize life after University is not easy as Wiley text books.
